The word "exercise" simply means to move the body.

The human body needs to be in motion to heal and detox. The following are some ideas that we use that will help you improve your life!

  • Stretch
  • Walk (the dog or your partner)
  • Swim
  • Yoga
  • Join a free class on your smart TV (it's free and in the privacy of your own home)
  • Gym

Everything you do depends on your level. If you have been through a surgery you may need to start with a breathing or stretching class.
