Everything you do depends on your level. If you have been through a surgery you may need to start with a breathing or stretching class.
Our current favorite activities are biking and kayaking. As Hannah has been going through treatment, Chuck found a tandem bike and 2 person kayak to help her exercise regularly without having to take on all the responsibility.
Give yourself permission to GET UP AND LIVE!
2-3 months after Chuck experienced a spinal collapse from cancer metastasizing in his bones, he was back in the gym!
